From management to the maintenance staff it has been a great place to live the past 4 years. I would recommend to anyone!

I loved living at Woodbury! My husband and I ignored all of the negative reviews and gave them a chance- I’m so happy we did! The ladies in the office have always been friendly and easy to work with. The maintenance guys are awesome and so friendly!! They loved our dog and always stopped to pet her. The apartments are all updated and very nice. We had a few minor issues, but they were always taken care of immediately! We get a lot of packages so the lockers were very nice for us to make sure our packages weren’t stolen. The computer lab was a great amenity to have as well and I loved going to the pool- it was always clean. We ended up breaking our lease because we bought a house sooner than we expected to, but even that process was easy. We were worried about going to do that because it can be awkward, but Laura was so excited for us and so understanding! I highly recommend living here!!

My son and I have really enjoyed living at Woodbury Place Apartments for 3 years. It’s been a very positive experience for us. The layout of the apartments are all very nice and modern. Also very clean. We also took full advantage of the pool over at the clubhouse, which was just steps away from our apartment. We also spent lots of time at the nice park across the street playing basketball and tennis. As far as location goes, Woodbury is awesome because it’s located close to so many restaurants and entertainment. Anything you want is within a 10 minute drive from the complex. Staff has always been very accommodating and easy to work with.

Just moved into this community and at this point in my experiences with Woodbury management I would definitely recommend this place to family or friends. Great customer service skills and professional throughout whole experience.

I am very pleased with Woodbury apartments. They are spacious and neighbors are friendly. Also the dog park is very large which is great for my dog.

I've been with Woodbury Apartments going on my 3rd year. I can honestly say I enjoy living here. They have been very helpful and maintenance is outstanding. I hope one day to be an owner of a place but until then this is a nice place to call home.

Ive lived here for 9 months. We have loved it here. Our apartment is very spacious the renovated kitchen and bathroom really make the place feel like home. Were moving out of state for work but if we weren't we would gladly resign another year on the lease. Management has always been helpful anytime I've had a question. Maintenance was only needed for minor repairs and they always got it fixed the first time around. Great place to live. We will miss it

I'm going on my second year living here. Since moving in, the complex has made many important and satisfying improvements. Great location too. The office staff are very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this place

I've lived here for a month now and I've had nothing but great customer service from the friendly front staff! They have events for the residents ( today was tacos and massages) and make sure you're as happy as can be. The apartment itself is very clean, updated, and looks very well maintained. I've rented from multiple places and I have got to say the management here is worth the commitment. If unfortunate things happen on site, they're sure to let you know about it unlike most complexes that keep it to themselves. They look out for the well being of the residents which is always nice to have a management team that's on your side.

So, in full disclosure, I have a background in property management. I'd like to think that I know a thing or several about the apartment industry. With that out of the way, Woodbury Place has a very solid team in 2017. The office is very nice, I'm always greeted with a smile and a Hello, and the front office staff has always been extremely helpful in making sure that whatever questions I have get answered. The service team is just as good. I know how tough of a job that being a service member can be in an apartment community, but all 4 of these guys do a GREAT job. I have had a total of 3 work orders since I have lived here, and every one of them have been completed within 24 hours. They remember my dog, always take off shoes when they enter my apartment, and are simply top notch. The community has been starting to do resident events on a monthly basis, which has been nice. We have had a dog day, ice cream socials, Easter egg hunts, and others. The management company have certainly been putting some money into this place, as there is a new workout center, sitting area with fireplace, and dog park. This is a great community, and very affordable. I'll certainly be renewing my lease for a second year. I highly recommend Woodbury Place for a great apartment to make your home.

I've lived here now for 6 months .. Love it here from the apartments to the grounds to the clubhouse and pool.. Nice park across the street and nice people. Good for family or if your single just a nice place to live ..

I have lived here for nearly 2 years. Overall, these apartments are quite nice and spacious for what you pay for in this area. These units were recently remodeled with black marble countertops. The apartments are a lot nicer in the inside than they look from the outside. The parking lot is currently in bad shape, but will be repaved in the spring. The dumpsters are overflowing the majority of the time. However, this will be corrected in the near future as new compactors will be installed. These apartments have one locked common exterior door for every 6 units. I think there should be an intercom system or at least a bell for a visitor to ring to alert you.

I have lived in this apt complex for 4 years and am overall satisfied with the experience. There have been a couple of changes in the management company, but I am satisfied with the current team that runs things. They are always responsive to any questions, concerns, or maintenance requests that I have. I was forced to move apts last year due to the ongoing renovations, but I am very please with the new unit I'm in. The renovations are definitely worth it.

I have lived at Woodbury Place Apartments for six years. Through the years I have seen multiple knew companies attempt to take over and give the place a face lift. I think it has finally found a good owner. The apartments are the biggest in the area and the pricing is fair. They have renovated the interiors nicely. There are still issues from time to time with water but my work orders have been handled promptly. Since we cannot afford to buy a house so having a large patio that over looks a grassy courtyard is a nice alternative for a back yard. The kids have ample room to play and there is a park right across the street. Previously I would have not have had as positive review, but the changes have been excellent and if they keep things going it can only continue to get better. Added plus is the school district. The grade school is wonderful. My son has been there K-6 and I am glad that he will be attending district 211 schools in the future. Not a bad place to call home.

Been a resident here now since November 2014, My wife and I been apartment searching at the time for about a good 6 months before moving anywhere. Maria was the recruiter we dealt with to figure out pricing of the apartments, our tour to each style of apartments and when we can move in. During the whole process she was very attentive to our needs, at the time our apartment was not available until a certain time, but she kept us up to date on when the apartment was available. With on point availability, she gave us a date when the apartment was move in ready and we moved in the day she stated it was available. In move in, the apartment was very clean, all walls painted perfectly. All power outlets were working properly, kitchen and bathroom were basically flawless with no damage to anything, it was certainly move in ready. And this place during the day and night is extremely quiet! Even medium to loud music is a little hard to hear, but all the other families in our building are very respectful to one another. Which is another huge bonus! After reading reviews of the apartment I was very skeptical of moving in, laundry washer/dryers not working. Work order's not being completed as needed, lights were not working on the exterior of the buildings in the parking lots, I have to say all was true at the time of moving in. I got to speak to management (name is Les) during the same day of moving in, I mentioned to him about my concerns and all the rumors that was haunting around and he rest assured me that they just went into new management, and they plan to take action as soon as possible. And let me tell you, Les and the rest of the management team has been taking large strides in getting this complex back in shape. A couple of things I requested to have replaced, Lint catcher in the dryer was not catching lint. It was replaced within 24 hours, our sink was leaking between the sink housing and the drain and that has also been replaced and working fantastic for the past two months. And if you happen to forget to load money on your laundry card, no problem! Emergency Laundry can be done at Laundry World that's literally right next door from the complex! The apartment lodge was completed just recently, place looks fantastic. Gym equipment should be in this week as well. I can't wait for summer! Also one week noticed flower bulbs were being placed in the dirt (in late November) to spawn nicely here during spring time. Just recently the lights outside in our courtyard has been replaced, it actually really looks beautiful looking out of your balcony into the yard at night now. Other than the pending construction that will be taken place in spring, any garbage lying around has always been swept up and kept clean by the staff here. Coming down to the closing of this review, I pay very close attention to detail and I hope I expressed it well here. They honestly have been working there butt's off to get this place right, and so far they are doing a great job, Keep up the good work guys! I did my research, and they made up for every flaw this place used to have. I'm sure in time when they are done with all the major renovations, laundry rooms will be equipped with newer equipment. You have to be patient when it comes to filling in all expectations, but like I said. Management is awesome, and it will get done, PERIOD! Kudos to the management team and staff here at Woodbury Place, you guys have my wife and I very happy here so far. Move in with confidence.
